LEO W. LANTZ
President
Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 25+ years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by adhering to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Code of Ethics.
CHONTRELLE PRICE ASUMAN
Office Manager
Chontrelle is our Office Manager. She has years of retail sales and customer service experience. Her professional experience includes retail sales and management and both owning and operating a daycare and a Verizon Wireless retail store in North Richmond. Chontrelle is originally from New Orleans. She is married and has five children who keep life interesting. Her organizational and leadership skills are extraordinary and her work ethic is contagious. We are pleased to have Chontrelle as a member of our team!
BRAD SEAY
ProKitchen CAD Designer / Jobsite Facilitator
Brad Seay is our Prokitchen CAD professional and Project Facilitator. He works closely with Leo, the Project Manager and Designer and clients to develop their dream kitchen or bathroom ideas which are drafted in our ProKitchen 3D CAD platform. We then review the drawings with clients to bring their projects to life. I also work closely with our clients from the Liveable Remodeling preparation phase to completion to ensure that their living concerns are addressed during the construction process.
SHERRY MINSON
Project Coordinator
Sherry Minson is our Project Coordinator, as well as the Executive Director for NARI Central VA. She brings a wealth of experience to Leo Lantz Construction. Her background is in broadcasting (she was a morning show host for13 years!) and sales throughout the South. Now she spends her time meeting with clients and keeping their projects on track. This South Carolina native made Richmond her home in 1998. She's a mom, friend, foodie, and live music fan.
