President
Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 30+ years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by adhering to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Code of Ethics.
BRAD SEAY
2020 CAD Designer
Brad Seay is our 2020 CAD professional and Project Facilitator. He works closely with Leo, the Project Manager, Designer and clients to develop their dream kitchen or bathroom ideas which are brought to life in our 2020 CAD platform. We then review the designs with clients to bring dreams a reality. He also works closely with our clients during the Liveable Remodeling preparation phase through to completion to ensure that their living concerns are addressed during the construction process.
LD Wade
Project Coordinator
L.D. is one of our Project Coordinators and the newest member of our team.  He brings a great deal of experience to the staff, having retired from a Fortune 200 company after 38 years of service. He is a Leo Lantz Construction Client turned Employee, and brings a client based perspective to our staff.  L.D. loves to work closely with his clients to help bring their projects to life. He is a lifelong Richmond native, is married to his best friend (she is a saint!), and a very proud father and grandfather.

  • Wellborn cabinetry pricing for estimating purposes
  • Cabinetry ordering processing for approval
  • Project management to include:
    • Crew scheduling assistance
    • Demolition organization
    • Material procrement
    • On site quality assurance
  • Inventory control
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Gratifying profession!!!
