When you hire our professional team to complete a project for you, we use a step-by-step process. The process is easy, clear, and effective. You get exactly what you envision, and the project stays within your budget and timeframe.
Every potential project begins with an initial consultation. This consultation is a complimentary 30 to 60 minute meeting. This meeting gives us the opportunity to discuss the details of your project, including:
- Your budget
- Your desired timeframe
- Design options
- Lifestyle and preferences
Once our design agreement is in place, a detailed design is developed. The design is based on the information gathered from on-site measurements and consultation.
Our 3D CAD software allows you to see your completed project before work begins. During this phase, we also assist you with product and material selections. In addition, we arrange for any site visits from subcontractors and suppliers should they be necessary.
Upon design approval we will develop a project estimate and a contract document. This document includes a timeline and payment schedule for your remodeling project.
With our construction agreement in place, we will move on to this important phase of the process. This is where we will work with you on last minute design tweaks, finalize your product selections, and special order materials.
We also take care of submitting and following through with all necessary permits, so you don’t have to worry about them.
Finally, we will schedule a pre-construction walkthrough and prepare the work area for your construction project.
After products and materials have been decided, the construction process begins. From beginning to end, we strive to maintain a clean worksite. Using a BuildClean Air Cleaning System provides a “Liveable Remodeling” experience for our clients.
We enjoy meeting with our clients regularly. These meetings allow to address any concerns or questions you may have. It’s best to address these issues as soon as possible, so your project turns out exactly how you envision it.
And of course we will manage every aspect of your project, so you can focus on living your life.
Prior to the completion of your project, we will schedule a punch-list walk-through to ensure that you can start enjoying your home as soon as we complete your project.
When the work is done, we will ensure that all documentation and warranties are in order.
Final inspections and complete a final walkthrough are scheduled with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We also provide a professional maid service cleaning as a finishing touch for your project.
And because we enjoy forming lasting relationships with our clients, we offer follow up visits. We want you to have the peace of mind that any additional needs or concerns you may have are addressed.
All work comes with manufacturers’ warranties, as well as our professional warranty covering workmanship. Included in this warranty is one visit after 12 months to remedy any expansion and contraction issues. We will caulk, touch up drywall, and touch up paint at no charge.
