Leo Lantz Construction Honored By NARI Central Virginia with Multiple Awards

It has been an exciting month here at Leo Lantz Construction! The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has announced their 2017 Central Virginia chapter award winners. We are proud to say we were recognized for our expertise and professionalism, receiving the first ever NARI Central Virginia Contractor of the Year Award! We were also honored with a CotY Community Service Award and CotY Runner Up for Residential Bathroom over $35,000.

Each year, NARI distinguishes the best remodeling projects in the industry with several types of awards. The local chapter of NARI awarded Leo Lantz Construction’s projects with multiple CotY awards, and now we have the opportunity to compete at the regional and national level as well. NARI selects and publicizes each year’s award winners, bringing visibility to the Central Virginia NARI chapter and in turn promoting the winners’ businesses and the remodeling industry at large.

NARI Central Virginia chapter members compete for recognition of their remodeling achievements through the prestigious NARI Central Virginia CotY Awards. This year’s winners were announced at the Evening of Excellence Gala on Friday, September 29th among their peers in the industry. Winning projects will also be featured in the November 2017 issue of RHome magazine, a local publication that lends visibility to the accomplishments of the dedicated participants. Receiving the CotY Community Service Award was extremely gratifying and honored the tremendous work we have put in to enhance our community. Also exciting was being recognized as Runner Up for Residential Bathroom over $35,000! Demonstrating remodeling excellence is the principal factor in a CotY Award winning project, and we are so pleased our bath remodel was recognized as one of the very best by this year’s judges.

Competition entries are decided based on functionality, problem solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, the degree of difficulty, and entry presentation. To say we are “thrilled” comes close to describing how we feel having received such high accolades from the NARI Central Virginia chapter judges’ panel. We are beyond proud to say we were a part of this challenging project and even more proud to be recognized as NARI Central Virginia Contractor of the Year.
