Skilled Carpentry Technician

Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. is a premier Kitchen and Bath Design and Remodel Firm.  We are a locally owned, family business located in Glen Allen, VA who believes in a five-star experience for our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled Carpenter. Must have residential construction experience to include but not limited to demo, light framing, finishes, cabinets, doors, windows, siding, flooring, etc. Competitive Salary to be expected. Candidates should be clean cut to work inside customers’ homes. You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Candidates must have a clean driving record for company vehicle usage.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Light framing/repairs and trim carpentry
  • Finish trim work
  • Purchasing and delivering supplies to job sites
  • Demo prep work
  • Preconstruction Demo
  • Cabinetry installation
  • Ability to professionally communicate with clients, subcontractors and office staff
  • Take measurements and calculate the size and number of materials needed

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of all phases of high-end residential remodeling.
  • Verifiable work history and professional appearance.
  • Proven experience as carpenter
  • Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and tools
  • Ability to use electrical and manual equipment
