Leo W. Lantz
President
Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 30+ years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo supports ethical business practices by adhering to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Code of Ethics.

Brad Seay
2020 CAD Designer
Brad Seay is our 2020 CAD professional and Project Facilitator. He works closely with Leo, the Project Manager, Designer and clients to develop their dream kitchen or bathroom ideas which are brought to life in our 2020 CAD platform. We then review the designs with clients to bring dreams a reality. He also works closely with our clients during the Liveable Remodeling preparation phase through to completion to ensure that their living concerns are addressed during the construction process.

Brandon Fox
Project Coordinator
With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Brandon brings a deep understanding of project coordination, client communication, and on-site logistics. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that every project runs smoothly from planning through completion. Brandon is passionate about delivering high-quality results and creating a positive experience for clients throughout the remodeling process.
Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted husband and proud father of four. He values family, hard work, and integrity, principles he brings to every job site.

Victoria Noble
Office Manager
My name is Victoria Noble, I’m the office manager at Leo Lantz Construction. I oversee project documentation and coordinate communication amongst our clients, subcontractors, and vendors. I work with our team to produce accurate estimates and billing. In my free time, I’m an extreme couponer, mother of 4, and I assist the homeless in our community.

Logan Lantz
Carpenter
My name is Logan Lantz. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management. I grew up in the construction industry, working in the family business, and expanded into commercial construction after college. My most notable accomplishment involved being a project engineer for the construction of a $70 million football operations center for the University of Virginia. Currently, I am working as a carpenter to gain hands-on experience to further understand the construction process.

Klein Similen
Carpenter
My name is Klein. I am originally from Haiti, currently residing in Richmond, VA. I am serving in the military as a certified carpentry and masonry specialist, a role that allows me to apply my skills in building and construction to support our nation’s infrastructure. In addition to my military service, I am pursuing a degree in civil engineering, aiming to further expand my expertise and contribute to the field of engineering. My journey reflects a strong commitment to both my professional development and my dedication to serving my community.
