Site Visit & Evaluation
Leo conducts an in-person assessment of the entire home system: plumbing, electrical, structural, and finishes, to shape the project’s vision and scope.
Design & Estimate
Our team crafts a detailed specification sheet and estimate. Clients are invited to our office to review every line item and ensure clarity.
Project Execution
After contract approval and a pre-construction meeting with our project coordinator, our team of skilled field staff and subcontractors “makes the magic happen.”
Post-Completion & Warranty
Every project includes client satisfaction surveys, punch-list resolution, and a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.
